2016/2017 SCREENING PROCESS FLOW FOR Direct Entry and NCE
Announcement to all prospective students who opted for Direct Entry using Alvan as 1st choice AND NCE for those who scored 180 and above (whether or not they chose Alvan as 1st choice) in 2016/2017 JAMB
STARTING TUESDAY 23RD AUGUST 2016
- Visit the College website www.alvanikoku.edu.ng
- Click on prospective students to enter the login page.
- Click on START A NEW REGISTRATION.
- Select Direct Entry/NCE
- Enter your JAMB Reg. No.
- Fill the screening Reg. form to obtain your portal ID/screening fee code.
- Upload your passport and submit
- Proceed to the Alvana Microfinance Bank (AMFB) with your screening fee code to pay your screening fee of N2,500 and get your scratch card from the Bank.
- Come back to the portal to complete your registration/screening form.
- Correctly enter your O’level results
- Upload your Jamb printout or JAMB result (where applicable), O’level result, NCE/OND statement of result(for direct entry ONLY), Birth Certificate and L.G.A. Identification
- Confirm your entries
- Submit your form.
- Print your acknowledgement slip.
- Wait for publication of admission from the College.
I have been having difficulties with registration. I started a process but along the line my internet connection signed out. I cant continue neither am I able to start a new process. Kindly help resolve the issue. Thanks.
You need to visit ICT in the College so we can look at it

I used only two names in JAMB, ie Surname and First Name but Portal says Middle name is Compulsory. Pls how can I add my middle name
Our portal makes it compulsory. Please visit the College ICT Unit for directions on how to resolve this issue.
Pls why ave the school not release the NCE admission list…. ..am running out of patience
Please be patient and allow the Admissions unit to do their job.
